Survey:
Comprehensive survey, which includes water estimation, water source augmentation, soil profile study, level survey etc.
Design:
- Error-less hydraulic calculation is ensured aided by improvised software and define products with safety factors to achieve cent percent performance.
- Provision for hydraulic variability at different places and altitudes.
- Designing of piping systems with contingencies and safety factor.
- Selection of pump & prime mover.
- Designing of manifold and planning operating procedure.
Project Management & Execution:
Excellent co-ordination is maintained between design section and project management team, ensuring perfect installation as per the design.
Projects are handled with proper logistic to ensure the schedules at site.
Commissioning:
The entire system is tested at a much higher rate than it is designed before it is commissioned with a static pressure.The system is thereafter commissioned and gradually taken upto its optimum efficiency level.The data of the efficiency of respective application at different strategic point is compiled for comparison with the designed parameters.
Maintenance:
Apart from guaranty maintenance this subject needs service as mandatory for maintenance. Hallmark has geared up an independent team to cater service requirement of the client on a top priority basis, on call.
